Planning Board Workshop

The Planning Board is currently considering changes to the Downtown Business District as a result of feedback we have received updating the Master Plan Vision and Community Character Chapter. This chapter is the cornerstone for the Master Plan and organizes the principles and goals that guides the subsequent specialized chapters.

The Board is holding a workshop on December 19 at 6pm at the Fire Station to discuss   potential changes to the General Business zone to allow for more mixed uses, business and housing opportunities.  What is critical in this effort is your perspective on potential  conflicts of use and opportunities for growth.
