Todd Muilenberg is proud to be serving as the Chief of Police for the Town of Jaffrey.  He joined the Jaffrey Police Department in 2017 serving as the Operations Lieutenant until Chief Bill Oswalt's retirement in March of 2020.   

Prior to coming to Jaffrey, Chief Muilenberg completed a 24-year career working for the Scottsdale, Arizona Police Department.  He retired in 2014 as a Lieutenant having served as a Watch Commander, Training Unit Commander, and School Resource Unit Lieutenant. He also held key leadership roles as the Scottsdale Police Department’s Honor Guard Commander, Mobile Field Force Commander, and the Alternate SWAT Commander. 

In 2014 Chief Muilenberg started a new law enforcement career in New Hampshire when he was selected to become the Chief of Police in Rindge.  He served as Chief in Rindge from 2014 until 2017 when he joined the Jaffrey Police Department. 

Chief Muilenberg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice with a minor Forensic Science from the State University of New York at Oswego.  He is also a 2013 graduate of the Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command.
