Sergeant Thomas Bishop
Sergeant Bishop is a Jaffrey native, having grown up in Jaffrey and graduating from Conant High School in 2003. He joined the Jaffrey Police Department in November of 2007, and successfully completed the 145th full time NH Police Academy in March of 2008. He serves as one of the department's field training officers, as well as one of our defensive tactics instructors. In 2015, he achieved Master Patrolman status and in 2020, he was promoted to the rank of Sergeant.
Prior to is employment with the Jaffrey Police Department, Sergeant Bishop worked as a corrections officer with the Cheshire County Department of Corrections.
In his spare time he enjoys several hobbies, to include exercising, hiking, fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, snowboarding, and most importantly, spending time with his family.
