Select Board Meeting/Public Hearing
The Jaffrey Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing in accordance with RSA 231:163 to consider amending all previously issued and outstanding pole licenses and all future pole licenses to include the taxation provisions of RSA 72:23, I(b). The hearing is being held to determine if it is in the public good to amend the pole licenses to add the taxation language of RSA 72:23, I(b). The hearing will be held at March 30, 2020 at 6:00p.m. at the Jaffrey Town Office, 10 Goodnow Street, Jaffrey, New Hampshire. The public is invited to attend.
Individuals having special needs covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act are requested, if possible, to notify the Board of Selectmen’s Office (603)532-7880 at least five days prior to the public hearing.

Due to the COVID-19/Coronavirus crisis and in accordance with Governor Sununu’s Emergency Order #12 pursuant to Executive Order 2020-04, this Board is authorized to meet electronically. Also, in consideration for Executive Order 2020-04 Order #16, we are restricted to gatherings of no greater than 10 people.
The Jaffrey Select Board will meet together and the meeting will be broadcast on Livestream in our typical manner. We will also provide a Zoom platform for the public to listen and participate. We encourage you to utilize these methods to observe and participate in the meeting.
We are utilizing the Zoom platform for this electronic meeting. All members of the Board have the ability to communicate contemporaneously during this meeting through the Zoom platform, and the public has access to contemporaneously listen and, if necessary, participate in this meeting through the following methods:
