The Jaffrey Police Department is proud to partner with KidCents to offer our community a safe way to dispose of expired or unused drugs. The Drop Box is accessible to the public during normal business hours (9 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday) in the Jaffrey Police Department Lobby.

Accepted Items:

  1. Prescription medications (Schedule II-V controlled and non controlled substances [See Note])
  2. Over-the-counter medications (See Note)

Note: Common dosage forms such as tablets, capsules, ointments, and patches.

Not Accepted:

  1. Illegal drugs
  2. Needles
  3. Lotions or liquids
  4. Inhalers
  5. Aerosol cans
  6. Thermometers
  7. Hydrogen peroxide
