Note: If you work on Tuesdays and cannot come to an appointment between Noon and 2 pm, please drop your application off or mail it to be reviewed.
If more proofs are needed, we will call you. Otherwise, a Notice of Decision will be made and mailed to you within 14 days. In an emergency, a decision will be made within 24 hours.
