Posters and flyers must be brought to the Main Desk for pre-approval before posting.
Acceptable posters / flyers include those concerning educational and cultural activities, events, and services available in the library's service area. The sponsoring agency must be identified on the poster. Priority will be given to free, local events and services. Posting does not constitute an endorsement by the library.
The following posters / flyers are unacceptable:
Posters / flyers that advocate the election or defeat of a particular candidate or advocate an affirmative or negative vote on a particular issue
Posters / flyers that promote a particular political, religious, or social point of view, except in so far as they are limited to informing of a public meeting or service
Advertisements for the sale of products or services
The library reserves the right to remove any posters / flyers that were not pre-approved and to remove items as needed to provide space for new postings.
