Availability of Facilities

To reserve Jaffrey Parks and Recreation Department-managed facilities, you must:

• Submit all necessary documents and forms no less than 2 weeks prior to the dates requested.
• Complete and return the Facility Usage Application to the Jaffrey Parks & Recreation Department Office, 31 Howard Hill Road, or email the application to the Parks & Recreation Department Office.
• Provide proof of general liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, including the Town of Jaffrey, NH, as an additional insured on a primary and noncontributory basis. The general liability insurance policy shall not exclude claims arising from disease or pandemic or claims occurring during a state of emergency.

Note: If you do not have an insurance policy, such as a homeowners / renter’s policy to cover this, you may purchase insurance for the day / event only from a third party. 

After all necessary paperwork is returned to the department:

• The Recreation Department will calculate fees based on the time / dates requested on the Facility Usage Agreement.
• Payment is due at the time of application. Facility Use begins and ends at the times listed. You must include your set-up and clean-up time within the requested time frame.
• Applications are not considered complete nor reservations finalized until payment is received.
