*Grab & Go and Curbside Appointments

Need to have your reserves waiting for you for a quick pick-up in the lobby?  Or perhaps you need us to bring your items curbside?

Our reservation system is even easier now, with no need to schedule a specific time.  Just choose "Grab & Go" when making reserves in your library account.  Need your pick-up to be curbside?  Just text us at 603-256-5195 when you arrive, during normal business hours, and we will bring your items out to you.

When you place reserves on your library account, you have the option to select your preferred pickup method -- Inside or Grab & Go.
If you choose Grab & Go, your reserves will be checked out to you and placed on the Grab & Go shelf in the Lobby on the Main Floor, as soon as they are ready.  No need to reserve a time!  You will still receive a notification, regardless of your preferred pick-up method.
We will keep them available for up to five days, but please note the checkout period will begin as soon as we process your request.
You can change your preferred method with each reserve by clicking the link so you can easily adjust to fit your schedule, and you can also still just pick up at the desk if you select "Inside."

FAQ:

  •  I didn't choose Grab & Go when I placed my reserve.  How do I switch it so I can have a speedy lobby or curbside pick-up?  You can just give us a call (603-532-7301) or text us with our new Gabbie Text-a-Librarian service (603-256-5195).
  •  Will the specific time reservations still be available?  No, we started that service during Covid restrictions, but now that we are open every day, it is unnecessary to restrict times.  It is one of our cost-cutting measures to eliminate that software service.
  •  What if five days go by and I don't pick up my items? Your items will be returned, just as they are when they reach five days on the reserve shelf now.
