The Town damaged my mailbox, lawn or fence with snow plow.

We try our best to not damage installations close to the edge of the travel way, but occasionally due to adverse conditions damage sometimes occurs. The Town is not responsible for these damages. Anything installed within the right-of-way is done so at the sole risk of the property owner. Please see our Winter Operations Policy.
