How to Apply
- Download application or pick an application up at the town office, or one can be mailed to you.
- Get together the needed proofs listed on page one.
- *Assistance is for one month and is not ongoing. If more help is needed, submit a new application the following month.
- Call 532-7880 to set up and attend an in-person appointment. *If you work on Tuesdays and cannot come to an appointment between 12:00pm and 2:00pm, please drop your application off or mail it to be reviewed.
- If more proofs are needed we will call you. Otherwise, a Notice of Decision will be made and mailed to you within 14 days. In an emergency, a decision will be made within 24 hours.
- If you cannot come to a scheduled appointment, please call to cancel or reschedule.
