The Jaffrey Police Department is proud to partner with KidCents to offer our community a safe way to dispose of expired or unused drugs. The Drop Box is accessible to the public during normal business hours (9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M., Monday - Friday) in the Jaffrey Police Department Lobby.
Accepted Items:
Prescription medications (Schedule II-V controlled and non controlled substances*)
Over-the-counter medications*
*Common dosage forms such as tablets, capsules, ointments, and patches.
Not Accepted:
- Illegal drugs
- Needles
- Lotions or liquids
- Inhalers
- Aerosol cans
- Thermometers
- Hydrogen peroxide
