We at the Jaffrey Police Department fully understand the importance of helping people who are in crisis or struggling with mental health issues that evolve into suicidal ideation.   We urge anyone who is contemplating suicide, or knows someone who is, to pause and seek assistance. 

If you or someone you know is in the act of attempting suicide call 911 immediately for emergency assistance.

If you are contemplating suicide, or know someone who is, please call or text 988 to be connected to counselors who can help.  You can also click on the link below for more information.
