Vacation Property Checks

The Jaffrey Police Department is pleased provide a temporary "Vacation Property Check" service to our residents.  Upon written request, we will make a reasonable effort to periodically conduct security checks of properties where the owner is absent for a specified period of time. The duration of the property checks will be for the specified time frame of absence the owner designates or a maximum of six months, whichever time frame is shorter.  To initiate this process you must fill out the attached form and return it to the Jaffrey Police Department in person during normal business hours.  We will then need to verify your identification and signature on the form for liability purposes.
